- BETTER QUALITY SOUND: Speaker stands play an important role in ensuring your speakers perform to their best ability. If speakers are placed directly onto the floor or a piece of furniture, you will notice the reduced sound quality and also the movement of them on the floor due to the sound vibration. By investing in a set of Duronic speaker stands you’ll notice a big difference in the quality of sound as well as being able to create a more aesthetic set-up.
- TWIN COLUMN SUPPORT: This stand is constructed with steel for maximum stability. For enhanced sound and reduced resonances, these poles can be dampened by filling them with sand 2/3 of the way. This will improve the quality of the sound output from your speaker and at the same time add some extra stability to the columns when holding heavier speakers. The height of the stands is perfect as they allow the sound to travel forwards avoiding low-level furniture.
- REDUCES SPEAKER MOVEMENT: On both the base and platform of the stand are 4 spikes - otherwise known as ‘cones’ – which play a crucial role in ensuring maximum stability is achieved on carpeted floors and also in reducing vibration caused by the speakers. The metal spikes are there to ensure vibration is dispersed and isolated effectively simultaneously. For the same reasons, they are also on the platform to ensure the speaker is supported and suspended from sitting directly on the plate.
- USE ON CARPET OR HARD FLOOR: Achieve great sound on all floor surfaces. Whether you have carpet, vinyl, wood or laminate, with these stands you will find good sound quality on all surfaces thanks to the innovative isolation cones on the base and platform. The cleverly designed base looks sophisticated as it conceals the spike holes within the design. We also supply metal pucks to use alongside the spikes to protect hard floors and foam pads as a softer alternative to the spikes.
